Our service department will work with all building owners and management companies in the Albany, NY area to provide a complete customer service program. We believe customer always comes first. We will design a package that will provide a safe, consistent and reliable on call service. We will service all types of equipment from residential to commercial lifts including a variety of manufactures. The company has over 35 years of experience in this field and sources and provides support for all manufactures. We are a full-service company!
Contractual Services
We propose and provide three types of contractual agreements. These contracts will be based upon required PM (preventive maintenance) visits, 24-hour call back coverage, parts replacement and required annual inspections.
Examination, Lubrication and Recommendation (E.L.R) contracts
Examination, Lubrication and Recommendation contracts include preventative maintenance visits (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual visit) depending on types of equipment and customer requests. No call backs will be included and will be billed by proposal or time and materials (T&M) at company billing rate. During examination of the elevator(s), recommendations are made depending upon reliability or safety of issue. A proposal will be submitted fulling outlining our recommendation. One annual inspection will be included with contract and will be used in place of a maintenance visit. 24-hour emergency phone service and call back is included This type of contract is the most affordable and cost effective and will be invoiced per request of customer and charged accordingly.
Limited Maintenance Contract
Limited Maintenance Contracts cover required preventative maintenance visits per customer request and as determined based on type of equipment. Minor parts replacement and adjustment are included with the preventative maintenance visit and call back requests up to 2 hours of labor on each request. All major elevator parts and replacement will be proposed to the customer or completed with an authorized T&M invoicing in accordance with our company billing rate. Call back coverage is included up to 2-hours at straight time and may have the option of 24-hour coverage per customer request. 24-hour emergency phone monitoring and service will be included and billed accordingly depending on the contract. One annual inspection is included with the contract in substitution of one maintenance visit. Contracts will not cover any acts of God, vandalism, and obsolescence of equipment per contract.
Full Maintenance Contract
Full Maintenance Contract is a premium contract that will cover required preventative maintenance visits per customer request and as determined due to type of equipment. All major parts replacement and adjustment is included with the contract. Call back coverage is included up to 2-hours at straight time and may have an option of 24-hour coverage per customer request. 24-hour emergency phone monitoring and service will be included and billed accordingly depending on the contract. One annual inspection will be included with the contract in substitution of one maintenance visit. Contracts will not cover any acts of God, vandalism, and obsolescence of equipment per contract.
